The New Generation Spray Dryer UnitNatural air is first filtered through an air filter, then blown by a fan into a waste heat recovery unit for heat exchange. After being preheated by waste heat, the air is heated to the required temperature by a heater before entering the main tower and the hot air distributor. Under the action of the adjustable hot air distributor, the air uniformly enters the tower in a spiral pattern through the hot air duct. Double-supported Single-cone Vacuum Dryer UnitThe entire system circulates thermal oil through pipelines to heat the main unit coil, secondary filter, and nitrogen storage tank. After reaching the required heating process conditions, the material is transferred from the previous process stage into the single-cone mixing and drying system. Inside the single-cone mixer, the materials undergo homogenization through mechanical agitation.
Once heated to process specifications, nitrogen is introduced through the bottom of the single-cone mixer, fluidizing the material bed to enable efficient heat transfer. Simultaneously, under the influence of the closed-circuit vacuum system comprising a water-ring vacuum pump and Roots pump, evaporated gases within the single-cone drying unit are progressively discharged through the primary filter, secondary filter, heat exchanger, pressure stabilization tank, and finally the closed-circuit vacuum system. High-temperature single-cone mixerThe high-temperature single-cone mixer can be built upon the VC high-efficiency mixer platform and, depending on the constraints of the customer's site conditions and process requirements, can be equipped with either an electromagnetic heating mode or a thermal oil heating mode as the heat source.
In the electromagnetic heating mode, the maximum heating temperature can reach 600°C. This mode offers advantages such as the highest heating efficiency, fastest speed, low consumption, energy savings, and environmental friendliness.
