AEM Electrolyzer SeriesThe system utilizes a self-developed multi-layer reinforced anion exchange membrane that demonstrates high ion conductivity while substantially improving mechanical and chemical stability, effectively overcoming the bottlenecks restricting large-scale application of AEM water electrolysis for hydrogen production. It incorporates independently developed high-activity non-precious metal catalysts and features a proprietary electrode structure engineered for efficiency and stability.
Through multiphase flow field simulations and multi-dimensional analysis of mass and heat transfer within the flow field, we have independently designed an AEM electrolyzer characterized by high efficiency, consistent unit cell voltage, and superior sealing performance. Employing array-based integration, the hydrogen production capacity can be scaled from 100 Nm³/h to 500 Nm³/h, making it suitable for large-scale hydrogen production scenarios.
AZer Anion Exchange Membrane Electrolyzerdevelopment of a multi-layer reinforced anion exchange membrane (AEM) with enhanced ion conductivity and significantly improved mechanical/chemical stability, this breakthrough overcomes the bottleneck limiting large-scale AEM water electrolysis; coupled with self-developed high-activity non-precious metal catalysts and proprietary high-efficiency stable electrode structures, it achieves comprehensive performance optimization.Detailed Introduction
